We have a dedicated asphalt laying crew with state-of-the-art equipm which includes asphalt paving machines, steel roller, asphalt milling machine, bobcat, tipper.trucks, etc. AL JANDAL also features a testing laboratory for daily testing Infrastructure and Transportation projects are often constructed within complex urban environments which require work to be phased around existing operation. ARC started with a clear vision to support infrastructure of the country by supplying durable concrete and asphalt.
Ready-mix Concrete Plant: Our fully computerized state-of-the-art Ready-mix Batching Plant . The production capacity of our plant is 100cum/hour and having a support of 10 Transit Mixers with capacity of 10cum each and two mobile boom placer pumps. The plant is backed-up by a 75T ice plant and chilling plant with modern technology
To achieve the highest possible level of product quality and to ensure specification compliance following measures had been adopted:
• Fully equipped laboratory with most of the testing facilities;
• Electronic testing machine for the compressive strength;
• Permeability testing facility;
• Systematic water tank available to cure the cubes as per the requirement;
• R&D for the new product ;
• strict testing on all incoming raw material to ensure the quality at every stage;
• Calibration on regular specified interval to make sure of the quality as well as the quantity of concrete is perfect; and
• Inspection on each and every load of concrete before it leaves the premises.
Asphalt Concrete Plant: We have two asphalt plants, with a capacity of 150T/ hr and 250T/hr, respectively. Our asphalt plants have been approved by iraq General Organization for Standards and Metrology and many of the Government Organizations as usowell. We are one of the pioneer providers of asphalt concrete in iraq, many prestige projects had been so far completed
